The Law Offices of Parker and Cooley, LLC, was founded in January 2006 when partners Jo Anna Chancellor Parker and Jennifer Batson Cooley merged their solo practices. Theirs is the first all female owned and operated law firm in Phenix City, Alabama. Their historic office is located at 1507 Broad Street just one block north of the Russell County Courthouse.
